READING UNLOCKS CREATIVITY

We are so happy to share the final result of our mural for the project with Writers Block Murals and Fries Lee Offensief at NHL Stenden ! This mural was part of a campaign aimed at increasing interest in reading among young people, and I was honored to be selected for such a meaningful initiative.

As a huge fan of reading myself, I immediately connected with the idea. In today’s world, we’re all constantly plugged into our devices, immersed in TV, video games, and films. While all of this is amazing, reading stands out as something special—unlike watching a video where everything is shown to you, when you read, you create the world in your mind. You get to imagine how characters look, where they are, and how events unfold. Reading fuels creativity, and I wanted to capture that magic with this mural, inspiring the 25,000 students who walk by it every day at NHL Stenden . 📚
