This mural, ‘Desire’, is painted in my very distinct Jaykaes signature style, and it’s situated on the rooftop of Jealous Gallery, in Shoreditch. I wanted to depict the desire for likes on social media, especially Instagram likes, and how we constantly hunt these. The repetition of it, and of the posts we make because of it. I’m very glad to have been part of the Jealous Rooftop Mural Project, and want to thank the team at Jealous! :)
